Clayton Baumann is a valuation professional with over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering and industrial markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Power and Controls from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Complementing his engineering education, Clayton is a licensed professional engineer in his home state of Wisconsin and also earned his Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from the AACE International (AACE). AACE provides professional standards and technical guidance for professionals who depend on quantitative accuracy and adherence to the principles and best practices of the association’s Total Cost Management Framework®.
Clayton Baumann is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) professional as established by the American Society of Appraisers. As an ASA, he communicates value based on his completion of rigorous course and testing from the American Society of Appraisers. In addition, being an ASA requires strict adherence to a Code of Ethics, as well as the principles and professional requirements of the Appraisal Foundation. In compliance with becoming a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states, Clayton Baumann has also completed numerous Appraisal Institute courses and testing.
